The story of Late Lala Sri Krishna Das Beriwal is one of humanity, kindness, and selfless service. A respected philanthropist, he believed that true wealth lies in giving back to society. Through his generosity, he supported those in need and opened the doors of his Dharamshala to anyone seeking shelter, care, or support.
Following his passing, his wife, Late Smt. Rukmani Devi Beriwal, continued to uphold these values through acts of charity and compassion. Their son, Late Shri Bharat Ram Beriwal, carried forward the family’s spirit of service by supporting meaningful social and charitable causes whenever opportunities arose.
Inspired by this enduring legacy, the family has now revived the Late Lala Sri Krishna Das Beriwal Smriti Trust with a renewed commitment to organized and impactful community service. While the Trust remained largely inactive for many years, the values on which it was founded have continued to guide the Beriwal family across generations.
Today, the Trust is entering a new chapter under the leadership of the grandsons, Harshit Beriwal and Kartik Beriwal. Their vision is to transform a cherished family legacy into a transparent, accountable, and impactful institution dedicated to education, healthcare, nutrition, livelihood, and community development.
